Never board a train when the whistle blows, when the doors are closing and when the station staff announce the train doors are closing!
Be careful that your belongings to get caught between the doors e.g. backpacks!
Always walk on the platforms and down the steps!
If you drop something on the tracks, ask the station staff for assistance! DO NOT GET IT YOURSELF!
MInd the gap between the train and the platform when boarding or getting off the train!
Stay behind the yellow line on the platform until your train has come to a complete stop!
Never touch an unattended item or bag but report it to staff!
If you need assistance, approach CIty Rail staff! They are there to help you!
Make sure you allow enough time to buy your ticket!
If there aren't many people on the train, stand close to other passengers!
If you feel uncomfortable, move to another carriage!
